一、一個好的題目。一篇文章重要的一部分就是題目，而英文自我介紹更是如此。我們可以通過形象的比喻，避免一些過于平凡的題目。

二、開頭。用簡短的兩句話帶過。要有新意，主要為文章總起?？梢泽w現以下內容：問候、姓名、年齡……

旅游團或者旅游者個人乘機抵達曼谷機場后，立刻到機場的移民局領取一張《落地簽證申請表》，每人填寫一份（每人的簽證費為1000泰銖）,貼上本人的照片，連同護照一并交移民局。移民局在在、申請人的護照上蓋上簽證章，即可入境。泰國簽證有效期為3個月。
6、 另紙簽證的概念。如何辦理新加波另紙簽證。
答：所謂另紙簽證，是指代表使領館的簽證標示，或稱準許入境蓋得章。不顯示的護照上，而是在另一張有新加坡移民局專用的簽證紙上（僅限于旅游團簽證）。
程序：（1）有組團社將游客詳細無誤的有關資料（姓名、性別、出生年月、出生地護照簽發地和簽發時間）列一個表格，先傳到新加坡的地方接待社。2）再有新加波地方接待社為每人填寫一張新加坡移民局的簽證申請表，并加蓋地方接待社的公章后，將申請表格及擔保書（含擔保金）交新加坡移民局。3）新加坡移民局按上述表格，另打一張以旅游者的姓名的英文名拼音26個字母順序排列的正式簽證表，打上準入境的簽證標示或準入境的章，存放在新加坡的移民局的機場窗口。4）待旅游團抵達后，由領隊出示護照及團隊名單后即可領取新加坡移民局簽發的一張全團簽證。（新加坡簽證的有效期21天，在14天內可多次入境）。
7、 中國出入境的操作流程及各環節注意事項。
答：1）、領隊應告訴客人遵守中國邊檢及海關規定，不得攜帶違禁品、管制品入境，也不得攜帶未經檢疫的水果入境。2）、凡在《名單表》上的客人，需按《名單表》上的順序排對，依次到邊檢審檢護照，領隊將《名單表》交邊檢官審驗蓋章。3)、未上《名單表》的.客人，自行持護照過關。4）、必要時填寫入境檢疫申明卡。
8、 外國地區出入境操作流程及各環節注意事項。
1） 到達旅游站或目的地后，辦理有關入境手續，通常稱為“過三關”即衛生檢疫、證照查驗，海關檢查2）入境卡及申報單的表卡應事先填妥3）帶團出機場時，從入境邊檢開始，接著取行李至海關檢查，按順序辦理4）領隊如先于團員通過移民關卡，應回頭照顧團員，并請已過關的團員協助接取行李5）待全數入境后，經檢查行李件數無誤。海關要求檢查時，請物主立刻開箱受檢，同時告誡團員切勿離隊。6）當海關檢查完畢即出關與當地接待人員聯絡，并將行李交其負責，然后帶團員等車清點人數。
9、 四核對的內容及方法
答：1）護照和機票核對，包括中英文姓名、前往國家。2）機票和行程的核對，包括國際段和國內段行程、日期、航班、間隔時間等。3）護照與名單表的核對，各項一一對應，核對好實際出境旅游的人數與《團隊名單表》一致。4）護照內容核對，包括正文頁與出境卡項目一致，出境卡兩項是否有黃卡，是否與去前往國相符，簽證的有效期、簽證水印及簽字等
10、 游客在國外丟失了護照，領隊應如何處理？
1）首先，由當地的導游協助到地方接待社開具護照遺失證明，然后持當地接待社的遺失證明盡快地到就近警察局報案，取得警察機構開具的具有法律效力的報案證明2）持當地警察機構的報案證明和遺失者照片及旅行團的護照資料（即團隊名單表）到中國駐在國的使領館辦理新的護照（或者臨時通行證）3）持取得的新護照或臨時通行證及有關資料到所在國的移民局辦理簽證。辦理上述手續的費用完全由旅游者自理。
11、領隊在境外安排住宿時應掌握哪里工作要點？
1） 盡快辦理房間登記手續，記住每位團員的房間號，分房間鑰匙。了解飯店的內部設施（如電梯、餐廳、郵筒地、地下街等）的位置，并告訴團員。2）分鑰匙前宣布領隊、導游房號以及房間電話號碼，告訴集合時間和叫早、早餐、出發時間。3）進房間后，對國內重點客人應親自巡視或者電話詢問房間情況，協助解決有關問題，如有無飲用熱水，潔具等。
4）如有行李，應檢查行李是否已送到客人的房間。
14、辦理行李托運時，領隊應告訴客人什么？
答：一等票價客票40公斤，公務票價客票30公斤，經濟客票20公斤。按成人票價的10%付費的嬰兒無免費行李額。超重行李費率以每公斤按經濟艙票的票價的1.5%計算。
15、在境外旅游時，托運的行李如果丟了領隊應該z怎么辦？
答：在境外旅游時，托運行李遺失（下飛機后在行李認領處————行李傳送帶上找不到自己托運的行李）的現象時有發生。這因由旅游者所乘飛機的航空公司負責。遇到托運行李丟失，應立即到機場失物登記處辦理行李丟失和認領手續。在領隊的協助下，主動出示機票和行李托運收據，詳細說明始發站、中專站、行李件數及丟失行李的尺寸、顏色、形狀、標志等特征（不需要講清行李內的物品），并一一填寫在失物登記表上。在一般情況下，機場失物登記表處的有關人員根據失主所填的失物登記表，會馬上打開電腦查詢，而且，立即通知失主行李現在何處，并致歉意，然后在下一班飛機抵達后或者更晚一些時間將行李送到旅游者下榻的賓館。如果是終點站，也可送到失主的家中。如經過查找確認丟失，各國航空公司按自己的規定（根據行李的尺寸或行李的重量）予以賠償。請注意，從不按行李內的物品的價值予以賠償。這是國家慣例。
14、領隊安全意識主要體現在哪個方面？
答：證件安全，錢物安全，交通安全，飲食安全，住宿安全，觀光安全，購物安全和人身安全。
15、境外如何預防交通事故的發生。
(1) 每一位出境旅客都要樹立“嚴格遵守旅游目的地國家或地區的交通規則”的潛意識，這一交通安全意識是“乘興而去，順利而歸”的重要保障之一。
(2) 全世界大多數國家和地區均遵守右側通行的規則，但在中國香港、澳門地區和日本、英國以及東南亞等一些國家是左側通行，與中國內地右側通行恰恰相反。所以，旅游者必須在短時間內改變習慣，穿越馬路時先向右看。
(3) 境外車速較快，公路安全靠所設計的許多交通標志指揮車輛完全運行。如自己開車，更要事先充分了解當地的交通標志與交通法規以及與中國之間的差異。
(4) 為了盡可能地避免在旅游過程中發生交通事故，旅游者可通知領隊或地陪或直接提醒司機不為趕時間而開快車，不酒后開車，更不要在途中允許司機與朋友交談。如發生上述現象，可通過地陪致電交通管理部門，要求撤換司機。
16、在國外旅游時，領隊應經常提醒客人注意哪些方面。
近幾年，出國旅游團隊安全事故時有發生，旅游者們身處異國他鄉，必須保持高度的警惕和清醒的頭腦。（1）出境旅游時，現金和貴重物品務必隨身攜帶；入住酒店后可存在酒店的保險柜中。（2）千萬不能將自己的證件、現金、首飾等貴重物品放在行李箱中托運。國際上有個不成文的慣例，如果托運行李中的貴重物品 及貨幣丟失，從不按價賠償。（3）勿與陌生人隨便接觸或告知自己的房號或在夜間貿然開門；不與私人兌換外幣。（4）由于語言不通，情況不熟、自由活動時，一般情況下不單獨行動，應該三五成群結伴而行。（5）今后出游不必帶大量現金?？赊k理國際信用卡或旅行支票。（6）準備一些零用錢，乘計程車、打電話、購買飲料等都用的著。以免經常顯露自己大額的現金，引起扒手、搶劫者的注意。

General Introduction
I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.
Education background
In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test.
At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year, I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.
Research experience and academic activity
When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.
In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.
