來到展示中心已經有一年的時間了，曾經我也是一名展示中心的志愿者，其實我一直把自己當做一名志愿者。志愿者有責任感、有使命感;不求回報、無私奉獻。工作了，雖然有人會說，每個月也拿一樣的工資，做多做少都一樣。但是，每天為觀眾多介紹一些，看著他們期盼世博的眼神，我就能明白這不是一件單調乏味的事情。

很榮幸在展示中心開館一周年之際，我被評為了“金牌講解員”。一年來接待了像荷蘭王國經濟部部長、馬里共和國文化部部長以及 正軍級首長和揚州市市委書記等vip、領導。但印象最深的`還是為一位盲人小女孩講解，我將她的雙手放在每件展品上讓她觸摸，她是在用心參觀。當講到海倫·凱勒的故事的時候，我清晰地看到她眼中的執著和光芒……我想，這正是我工作價值的所在。

工作中，我也有一些缺點，比如太過浮躁。在講解過程中，一旦現場觀眾過多或者不遵守秩序，很容易激動，有時甚至影響講解質量。為此我也在好好反思，爭取在工作中耐心、細心、熱心，只有這樣才能更好地奉獻世博。

現在我最大的愿望就是好好工作，明年進園區服務世博、參與盛會，不論是以志愿者的身份還是以工作人員的身份。相信，在2010年10月31日晚上，中國向全世界宣布我們舉辦了一屆成功、精彩、難忘的世博會之后，我也可以自豪地說：“2010年，我就是那成功、精彩、難忘的一部分!”

Comparatively speaking, my major background is more corresponding to the Summer Davos forum, So I think this is one of my competitive advantages.
