高中幾年下來，我在學習與教學過程中，在與學生的相處過程中，在向同學科老師學習的過程中，我不斷地反思，總結自己在教學上的一些做法，力求不斷地完善提高自己的教學水平以便實現高效的教學，現在雖說不是太令我滿意，但在教學方面也有了自己的一些心得體會：
首先要不斷地激發學生的英語學習興趣，并消除他們對英語的恐懼感，這對提高英語課堂教學效率起著積極的推動作用。在這方面我努力做到：一)備課時要設計明確而切合實際的使絕大多數學生都能完成的教學任務，讓學生感覺到學有所獲，有成就感，使他們消除學不好英語的恐懼感，從而慢慢對英語學習產生濃厚的興趣。二)課堂上盡力做到精神飽滿，充滿自信，充滿激情。用自己的這種狀態去感染學生，調動他們的積極性。同時心中裝著每一個學生 (承認差異，兼顧差異)，目光巡視每一位學生，讓每一個學生有參與的機會并且特別關注后排學生和性格內向的學生。讓學生感受到老師是用心平等的對待每一個學生。我們都有這樣的感覺，學生喜歡哪個老師，她就愿意學習哪一門課，就對哪一門課程感興趣。學生對英語學習有了興趣，他們就會變被動的學習為主動自覺的學習。
備課是十分重要的環節，要上好課，就得先備出好課。備課的情況基本上能決定要上的課的質量以及學生將掌握的情況。備課不僅要備教材，而且還要備教法，備教學手段。在開始一個新單元的課程之前，我基本上都是自己先瀏覽熟悉一遍這一單元課本上以及給老師們發的參考資料上的所有內容，對本單元的知識做到心中有數，再結合學生的實際情況，確定重難點;然后再想一想用什么樣的方法去引導學生學習這些新知識。最后認真寫好教案，對每一節課都做到“有備而來”。這學期以來，在備課方面較之以前我有所改進的地方有：
一)課文閱讀方面，沒有像以前對課文的第一遍閱讀一帶而過把它窄化為知識點，而是注重了語篇教學，設置不同的問題，提高學生的閱讀速度及對文章的整體把握和理解;幫助學生理清文章思路，分析文章整體結構。因為試卷中的完型填空，閱讀理解，閱讀表達部分都會考察學生對語篇的整體領悟能力。
二)備知識點時我力求讓有限的課堂時間真正成為學生參與的語言訓練過程。語言需要大量的模仿和操練，所以在備課時，所講的重要知識點后面我都會設法在老師用書上或在網上找些適合學生做的練習題，把以講為主變為以練為主，讓學生通過模仿，練習鞏固所學知識，改變學生當聽眾的習慣，盡量變少數參與為人人參與;變偶爾練為全程練。畢竟不下水是永遠也學不會游泳的。
課堂是備課內容的實踐與檢驗。備課越仔細越充分，課堂就越順暢，才有可能實現高效課堂。只要備好了課，老師才會胸有成竹，滿懷自信地去上課。課堂上也是以學生對知識，技能的掌握為落腳點和衡量標準，對此，我有以下做法：一)首先要讓學生明確每節課的學習任務，讓他們知道老師會聽寫檢查什么，會學哪部分內容。有了目標就有了學習動力，有了責任感、緊迫感及努力方向;二)要調動學生的學習積極性，創造和諧的課堂氣氛，一定不把因作業或個別學生的事情而產生的不愉快的個人感情帶入課堂，個別問題課下個別解決，因為整體的訓斥多數情況下于事無補反而會影響教學進度和和諧的課堂氛圍;調動積極性，課堂上要以學生為主體，改變他們當聽眾的習慣，把講課變為以練為主，通過學生不斷地思考，分析解決問題來鞏固所學知識，提高解題技巧和能力。三)對于重難點的講解部分，舉例時，我盡量使例句內容貼近學生生活并使用他們感興趣的話題，能自己造句就自己進行原創，因為自己造的句子結構簡單明了，學生一看就明白。而不是像我以往那樣，只是照搬字典上或參考書上的例子，這些例子當然無可挑剔，都是好句子，但一定得結合學生的學情才能拿來用。四)課堂上關注每個學生，尤其是基礎差的學生，因為這些學生上課容易分心走神，多叫他們回答問題;如果看到上課有注意力不集中的同學，我會馬上叫他起來回答問題。確保每個學生都要認真聽講。
作業是學生對課堂知識掌握程度的檢驗與鞏固，學生學習中所存在的問題都會在作業中體現出來。作業的布置和檢查方面，我的原則是一)量要適中，量太少，多數學生會覺得這一科目無事可做;量太大，學生會失去興趣，甚至會產生厭學情緒。二)作業布置具體化，使學生知道作業要求，不但知道作業是什么，還要知道作業應完成到什么程度，是會寫，還是熟讀，會寫哪些，要熟讀哪部分。如果是做題，布置作業時，我基本上都會附上作業要求(認真書寫，獨立完成等)，我覺得這會對學生起到提醒和督促的作用。三)只要布置作業，就一定會檢查。尤其是課前的聽寫和背誦部分，對于這種學生應掌握的基礎知識，要堅持抓，不放松;如果做的是習題，課堂上暫無時間處理時，也要收一部分同學做的題看看，主要看他們是否認真完成;發現問題及時與學生溝通;學生交上來的作業我定會認真及時批改，對于作業中出現的問題及時反饋，及時解決;對于難度較大的題目，學生出現錯誤較多的作業，課上利用時間統一詳細講評每個錯誤;對于學生不該出現的問題，進行個別指導糾正。
最后一點，也是非常重要的一點：向同學科的前輩們請教學習。以上的個人體會與總結，一些做法就是從他們那里學到的。我很慶幸每次在教學中碰到不明白的地方向老教師請教時，他們都會不厭其煩認真的幫我解決。我內心真的很感激他們，因為我深知我之所以能夠在教學上有所進步，除了我個人的努力之外，我覺得更離不開他們的處處幫助和指導，離不開這個良好的團隊，是這個團隊提供給了我成長所需要的沃土和空間。年級組給我機會去實踐自己的教學理念，而我們教學組良好的氛圍促進了我的提高，我現在教學上的一些好的做法都得益于同學科組的前輩們：在我平時向他們請教問題的過程中，在聽他們上課的過程中，我學到，悟到了很多東西，尤其是以下幾點對我教學觸動很大。從王老師那里我學到了備課一絲不茍，只有把握好了大綱，自己把文章理解的特別透徹，考試考什么，學生應掌握什么，掌握到什么程度，備課才可能備出重點，備出難點，這一點我們經常都這樣說可是要真正做到并不簡單，尤其是英語語言知識比較零散。這一點我雖然做的還不是很好，但這是我努力的方向;從他那里我還學到了用生活中簡單易懂的實例解釋英語中的一些抽象概念，讓學生一聽就懂。課堂上舉例時盡量自己造句使例句內容貼近學生生活并是他們感興趣的話題，因為自己造的句子結構簡單明了，學生一看就明白。這點是聽徐老師的課從中學到的，我這學期以來，也是盡力這樣做的。彭老師的課注重文章的整體把握和分析，思路清晰，步驟齊全;吳老師注重課前檢查環節等我都從中借鑒學習了他們的經驗;張老師，李老師等在教學方面都經驗豐富各有特點，都值得我學習。

閱讀《小學英語教師教學指南》一書，讓我感觸最深的是如何對小學英語興趣方面的培養。對于小學英語教師來說，小學英語教學是主要是靠持續不斷的語言知識，而不是“玩”來培養學生持久的興趣。小學英語教學是要重視培養興趣，但不能單靠唱歌游戲去學習，因為培養興趣主要是為了學習英語。只有不斷學到語言知識，提高語言能力，滿足他們的成就感，才可能培養持久的興趣。單靠唱歌游戲不能培養學生持久的興趣。新鮮勁兒一過，學生就會厭倦。所以，唱歌、游戲應該作為小學生學習英語語言知識、技能的一些手段，而不是培養興趣的手段。我們可以采用多種手段幫助小學生學習語言規則，并盡可能多創造模仿的機會，提高學生的語音和語調。在英語學習中，真正做到聽說先行，讀寫跟上。
閱讀了此書，我深深感受到作為一名小學英語教師，既要具備廣博的專業知識，還要掌握一定的教學方法，形成自己獨特的教學風格，不斷加強教學反思，及時記下課堂中精彩的插曲或悠忽而至的靈感，促進今后的教學。

備好課是提高教學質量的關鍵同時它也是高效課堂實施中最重要的一環，與傳統教學相比不同之處亦在于此。一年來，我們備課組成員集體備課的氣氛相當濃厚，根據高效課堂實施的細則每個教學單元要編制五份導學案，包括詞匯，閱讀，語言點，語言運用和語法及復習導學案，有時還編制單元訓練案。全組成員每人主備一份導學案，主備人還要編制課件及教學設計，然后集體討論，經學校兩級審核，最后確定正式稿再印發給學生。我們課改班上課用的是同一份導學案，同一個課件，實現了資源共享，但是各位老師在自己的課堂上會將共享的資源適當調整，以達到自己課堂上最佳的教學效果?，F在翻閱一學年來的導學案和課件，我感覺編制越來越規范，重，難點的把握越來越準確，課件編制越來越精美。我堅信：在備課上多花一份精力，在教學上就有多一份的效果。
二：鼓勵學生自主學習，提倡合作學習
自主學習是相對于被動學習而言的，高效課堂的一個關鍵環節就是學生自主學習，完成相應的導學案。自主學習是一種積極，主動的學習，它能激發學生的學習興趣。學生不僅能在學習內容上獨立思考，而且能豐富學生自身的學習經驗，能使學生獲得積極的，深層次的情感體驗， 變要我學為我要學，給學生提供足夠的自主活動空間。同時，小組合作學習能將個人的競爭轉化為小組之間的競爭，這樣有利于培養學生的合作精神和競爭意識，有利于因材施教，從而真正實現每個學生都能得到發展的目標。合作學習是相對于個體學習而言的，實施小組活動就成為一種有效的互動策略。我所帶的班被分為10個學習小組，每組六名同學，組內同學之間積極互動，組外各組之間激烈競爭，爭當優秀小組。一年來，效果確實不錯。
三：恰當的學案反饋，會改變學生的學習態度
每節課都有學案反饋這個環節，反饋的內容包括學生學案中的亮點及存在的問題。同時，又設有優秀個人，書寫進步個人，待優生，善于思考的個人，優秀小組，給力小組等，不管哪一項，都是對學生一種無形的鼓勵，學生對此十分關注。有時剛反饋完，有學生就問：“老師，優秀個人為什么沒有我?”這簡單的一句話，表明學案反饋對學生的學習觸動也是很大的。對平時學案做的比較差的學生，我不直接批評，因為現在的學生自尊心很強，我會把這些學生定為進步個人，利用課間或課外和這些學生談心，再次閱學案的時候，就會發現這些學生的書寫更加的規范，上課注意力更加的集中，學習英語的興趣也非常濃厚，看到這些變化，我感到非常的欣慰。
四：學生精彩的展示與點評，將整節課推向高潮
小組討論時，我們不再像以前一直站在講臺上，而是深入學生之中，在各小組之間來回穿插，了解各個小組存在的問題，隨時答疑解惑，從而使師生之間的關系更加的融洽，正所謂“親其師信其道”。討論之后，就進入展示點評環節，一年來，僅就口頭展示而言，我帶的兩個班學生無論是哪個小組的哪個層級上課都能踴躍地用英語發言。上臺點評的同學，站姿正確，聲音宏亮，態度大方，富有激情，思路清晰，注意知識之間的內在聯系，別看這些學生，站那就像一位位小老師，精彩的點評總能博得學生的陣陣掌聲。像賀小卓，姬星宇，劉靜等同學表現的非常突出。
五：創設快樂和諧的學習氛圍，激發學生的學習興趣
高效課堂我更注重調動學生們學習、探討的興趣。興趣是最好的老師，愛好是成功之母。心理學家認為：“所有智力方面的工作都依賴于興趣?！倍鞓返恼n堂，和諧的教學氣氛最能吸引學生的注意力。特別是英語教學，上課時，基礎不好的學生看不懂，聽不懂，無心學習，如果教師不及時設法激發學生的興趣，課堂上的一切活動都無效。因此，我經常與這些學生進行心靈溝通，鼓勵他們在小組內積極探討聽取他人的意見，及時發現他們身上的閃光點，及時表揚鼓勵。只有這樣，我們才能構建快樂和諧的課堂，真正促進每個學生的發展。另外，和諧快樂的高效課堂學習克服了以前教學效率不高，學生實踐機會不夠多，訓練不夠充分的缺點，逐步改變了學生懶于開口，懶于思考，過分依賴老師的被動學習方式。
總之，如果高效課堂教學運用恰當，不僅可以發揮教學民主，活躍課堂氣氛，為學生的自主合作探究創造機會，同時還可以增加課堂教學的容量和密度，對培養學生的健全人格起著關鍵的作用。我們在英語教學中，要充分利用這種教學模式，使教師教得輕松，學生學得愉快，從而達到教與學的最佳組合，在這種課堂模式中共享教與學的樂趣。

由于，我們學校課改了 ，課堂模式的差異，我們必須要不斷地學習，根據不同的課型上好每節課。在加上班里來了一部分新生，他們以前從未學過英語，他們連26個母的聽說認讀都不會，他們學習起來就比較的困難，更別說句子和對話了，就像看天書。那么，我只能重新調整課程進度，在前兩個星期花兩節課，重新教學生學習26個母，并糾正他們個別母的錯誤發音，新生留下來單獨輔導。還有幾節課就教學生一些簡單的句子，比如：good morning!what’s your name?等等，讓他們慢慢地接受英語。
在一切走上正軌后，我又發現許多學生雖然對新老師，新知識充滿了好奇心，但對于英語課堂四十五分鐘長時間的學習，還是顯然有點不耐煩。因此，我根據學生的實際情況備好每一節課，準備好各種英語單詞卡片和實物，利用直觀教具、多媒體，動作、表情和玩游戲等方法吸引學生，讓學生樂于學習英語。例如：在教unit 3 what’s your favourite food?第一課時的時候，學生要學會九個新單詞的讀法，這對他們來說是一個挑戰，對我來說也是一場考驗。所以，在上這堂課之前，我仔細地備課，設計了不同的展示方案，準備了這一課時需要的單詞卡片與一些實物，比如，西紅柿，土豆等。當我把這些東西帶到課堂上時，學生覺得非常有趣，新穎，上課也特別地認真了，也讓整個課堂都活躍了起來。
每個單元學習了新單詞后，還有let’s talk 和read and write，這兩部分，就是讓學生在學習了單詞的基礎上，運用新單詞說句子或對話，運用到平時的生活中去。在教句子時，我沒有過多地強調語法，而是讓學生多讀，多記，學會用學過的單詞使用新句型對話。對話中照顧不同發展程度的學生，做到難易得當，讓每個學生都有練習的機會，增強學習困難的學生學習英語的信心，提高對話的反應能力。每次上完課后，都要求學習必須熟讀，并進行簡單的對話。
英語的學習是狠抓句型和單詞。我們每個班，每一組都有英語小組長，要求學生們每天早自習，在小組長那里背誦并默寫前一天學習的單詞和句子。我還要不定時的進行抽測。
課堂的教學，離不開練習的鞏固。因此就要設計全面、高效的當堂反饋，每一次都做到親自批改，培養學生良好的書寫習慣，做到整潔、規范、正確地書寫。。批改作業的時候，我會在作業寫得規范，整潔美觀的本子上畫上一個笑臉，讓同學們比一比誰收集的笑臉最多。這樣的方法，會促進部分學生寫好英語作業。
并把做錯的訂正在糾錯本上，我們平常作業不多，都是讓學生默寫四會單詞和句子，做到少而精。
對于部分后進生，在學生們當中實行“一幫一”，兩個人互相學習英語，互相幫助，都能彼此進步。
學習英語是循序漸進的，每個階段都不能松懈，教英語更應該一步一步，腳踏實地，讓學生通過小學階段英語課的學習，不斷豐富英語的基本知識，形成一定的學習習慣與自學能力。在今后的教學中，我也要繼續加強對教材的鉆研，學習先進的教學方法，讓學生學得更輕松，真正做到“it’s fun, it’s easy!”從而取得更大的進步。

It is so simple like that, I have a supper with my families talking some funny and humourous topics, or I sit on grass with who I loved looking at the beautiful sky and counting the numbers of the stars. It is simple, but very harmonious and romantic.

It was a cold day, but my heart was even colder. I could not accept the fact that my granny got cancer. Facts are facts. Only an operation could help her. The doctor told us she was too weak to be operated on, but my granny insisted that she could stand it. So the doctors did the operation. After the operation, my granny could not sleep, or eat, or say a word because of the pain .
Every one of my family felt sad. My granny noticed this, so she tried her best to nod and smile to us . We smiled back. Every day, my granny said she felt better but actually the pain was still there. Once, she said to me, "Yangyang, my dear. I'll be all right."
My granny was growing thinner and thinner, but she was still smiling. The smile gave us hope.
The other day , I went to the hospital to see my granny . She said , "Spring is coming. Though I'm in hospital, I can feel the warmth. Yangyang I think I'll go home soon."

Though people are proud of taking the independent travel, especially when they just go anytime and anywhere, only a few people take action. We booked the tickets and and hotel, then the next day, we took the train. We talked and appreciated the scenery outside the window. When we arrived the city, we just walked along the street and enjoyed the feature.
