克服心讀的習慣
心讀是一種很難觀察到的閱讀習慣。心讀時,人體的任何部位,不論嘴、頭或聲帶都沒有動,只存在一種說話的內在形式:閱讀者在內心里始終自言自語,清晰地發出并聽著每個字音。這種毛病亦是一種很壞的閱讀習慣,它直接影響到閱讀的速度和效率,并且矯正起來還比較困難。采用強制自己在深入理解文章內容的同時,又強制自己加快閱讀速度的方法,一般能逐漸克服這種壞習慣。
克服指讀的習慣
指讀是指用手指、鉛筆或尺子等指著文章的一個個詞進行閱讀。指讀是單純機械運動,不僅會減慢閱讀速度,而且還會把注意力引向錯誤的方向。一個高效率的閱讀者不會注意單詞的位置,也不會在每個單詞上平均花費時間,而是把注意力集中在作者要闡明的思想內容上。有指讀習慣的同學實際上妨礙了眼睛運動并限制了大腦的快速活動能力。因此,必須克服這種不良的閱讀習慣,逐漸養成用腦瞬間反映文字信息的能力。
克服復視的習慣
復視指的是讀完一個句子或段落后回過頭去重復閱讀。閱讀能力差的同學往往有復視的習慣。改變這種不良習慣的辦法是讓自己閱讀大量難度適宜的讀物。在先了解閱讀要求的情況下,用眼睛快速掃描答案。這樣就不會因遇到生詞或不太懂的短語、句子或段落而回過頭來再看,以致養成復視的習慣。
克服閱讀時頭擺動的習慣
有的時候,我們在閱讀時頭部會下意識地左右擺動,這也是閱讀的一種壞習慣。在閱讀過程中,有些同學往往盡量使自己的鼻尖對準正在讀的每一個字。這樣,當他順著一行字往下讀時,他就會輕微地擺動頭部,而當他通過頭的擺動來閱讀下一行時,他就會很快轉回去以便使鼻尖再對準閱讀文章的左邊。這種頭部擺動的過程,自己往往意識不到,而正是這種不必要的動作對閱讀的速度產生了不良的影響。因此,必須克服這種毛病,養成閱讀時只移動視線不擺動頭的習慣。
還有其他一些不良的閱讀習慣,如閱讀時注意力不集中,思想開小差;有的用手或筆比劃著,逐行地向下移;有的一面閱讀一面玩弄著筆、尺子、鑰匙等物,不時地發出響聲;有的愛抖動雙腿;有的過多地進行語法分析;等等。這些不良習慣直接影響到我們的思路,降低閱讀速度,因此應及時糾正。

閱讀理解五級的目標部分描述如下:
1、能根據上下文和構詞法推斷、理解生詞的含義;
2、能理解段落中各句子之間的邏輯關系;
3、能找出文章中的主題,理解故事的情節,預測故事情節的發展和可能的結局;
4、能讀懂常見體裁的閱讀材料;
5、能根據不同的閱讀目的運用簡單的閱讀策略獲取信息;
6、除教材外,課外閱讀量應累計達到15萬詞以上(上海的要求更高一些,30萬詞以上)所謂閱讀能力是指視讀能力、理解能力和對所讀材料的評價能力。
閱讀理解考查的項目大多是根據這三種能力的要求設計的。下面,我們來看看中考閱讀理解的題型。
中考試題中的閱讀文章題材多樣(涉及政治經濟、社會文化、風俗習慣、歷史、地理、科學技術等各個方面),體裁形式豐富(包括記敘文、說明文、議論文、應用文以及新聞報道、廣告、通知、操作說明、表格等),這就需要考生在平時對各方面的知識都有所積累,迎合中考命題趨勢。
閱讀理解主要是考查考生綜合運用所學語言知識的能力,包括閱讀、理解、歸納概括、邏輯推理以及對材料的評估能力等。在閱讀技巧上,考生要了解文章的個別詞或句子、文章的某細節或情節、文章的主題、文章的背景知識、文章的結論或結局、文章內涵的寓意等。
從問題設置上可以將問題總結為四種類型:
(一)直接題目:這種題目比較簡單,只要通讀全文,了解文中所敘述的重要事實或細節,就可以解答出來,有的甚至可以從文章的原句中直接找到答案。
(二)理解性問題:要求對文中個別難詞、關鍵詞、詞組或句子做出解釋。解答這類題目時需要對有關的上下文,甚至整篇文章的內容建立準確、立體的理解才能做出正確答案。
(三)推理性題目:這種題目考生往往不能直接從文中找到答案,而需要根據上下文及其相互間的關系或對整篇文章進行深層理解后,才能找到答案。有時甚至還得考慮作者的主旨、傾向等因素加以推理,才能獲得正確答案。
(四)概括性題目:要求考生在閱讀和理解全文的基礎上對文章做出歸納、概括或評價。解這種題目時,不能只憑文中的只言片語而斷章取義,比如涉及文章的標題、主題、結論、結局等有關問題,都需要在細讀全文的基礎上,結合所學語言知識、背景知識、生活常識、專業知識進行邏輯思維推理判斷,從而獲取文章中內含的信息。

為了提高閱讀理解能力,大家在做閱讀理解時,就要在以下幾個方面下功夫:
(一)要注意養成良好的閱讀心理閱讀時要去掉雜念,心緒要安定,精神要專一,要形成一種愜意的順向心理。造成大腦皮層的優勢興奮中心。切不可一遇到幾個生詞難句,就心煩意亂,失去自控能力。心理學家告訴我們,任何恐慌,過分緊張的情緒都會形成一種消極因素妨礙大腦的正常思維功能。因此,遇到困難一定要從容不迫,心無旁騖。這樣才能對所讀的文章印象清晰,理解深刻。

(三)閱讀時要注意培養語感所謂語感是指人們對語言中詞語搭配及句型結構的熟練程度。語感好的人,理解力就強,視讀的速度就快。閱讀時要留心詞語的搭配,即慣用法。必要時可用筆劃一劃或記下來。讀完每一篇文章,都應總結歸納一下,積累了多少單詞,慣用法和句型,這樣語感自然就會好起來。
(四)讀完一篇文章后,要回味一番對文章的段落結構,中心思想,人物事件,論點論據要做到心中有數。對不清楚的地方可以再看幾次。要留心關鍵詞句,注意弦外之音。對文章的評價分析,一定要堅持詞不離句,句不離篇,要理解文章作者的原意,而不能按你自己的意愿去想當然。切記:一想當然,就會出錯。
如果文章太長,你可以先把文章后面的問題看一遍,帶著問題去看文章。這樣可以幫助你去掉雜念,提高閱讀速度和解題的正確性。要善于找關鍵句,特別要注意文章的第一段和最后一段的頭一句話,往往就是關鍵句,可以幫助你掌握文章的全貌,理解文章的主題。此外,還應該細讀文章,因為有時的試題是考細節??梢赃呑x邊用鉛筆做點標記,把有關的人物,事件,時間,地點,原因(即五個W,who,what,when,where,why)劃出來。凡逢人物就圈起來,看完一數,有幾個圈就是幾個人,一目了然。

40分的大比重使閱讀能力的測試成為重心所在,是決定考研英語成敗的杠桿。這部分依然要非常重視真題,以雖然考過的這些文章不會再考,但這些體裁一直在反復出現,每年的新文章也不過還是歷年詞匯的重新排列組合而已。更重要的是,要抓住命題者的思路,只有認真研究真題。
最后階段的閱讀注意以下幾個方面:1. 注意在閱讀時積累詞匯,特別是常見詞的不常見意思;2.抓住句子結構,通過語法知識來進行拆分理解。在閱讀理解中,每篇文章都有長達三四行的句子,要理解全句的含義就不要囫圇吞棗,朦朧處之,而是找出主、謂、賓結構,然后把從句和插入語也找出來,這樣句子的意思就不難理解了;3.整體上把握全篇。在把每個句子都弄懂的基礎上,要高屋建瓴的統領全篇的內容,抓住中心主題,按照要求答題。
當然,要注意真題與模擬題的有機結合。有的同學歷年真題如果太熟悉了的話,就做一兩套模擬題,會帶來全新的做題感覺,會使學習效率提升。許多考生在最后的沖刺階段都會花大量的時間和精力去做許多模擬試卷。這種復習方法不僅耗時耗力,事倍功半,而且甚至會因為模擬題的仿真程度不夠好,導致自己的做題思路發生偏差。因此,即便是在最后的階段,建議同學們也不要大量做題,而是應該保證做題的效率和成效。模擬題可以做,但是量不要太大,否則就會陷入題海之中不能自拔。一般程度的同學一周做一套模擬題足矣,而且應該注意自己的英文實力應該和做題數量呈正比;自覺水平高的同學,做題的量可以大一些;而如果到目前為止感覺基本大綱詞匯和真題還沒有完全吃透的同學,模擬題可以少做甚至不做。
