今天，作為×班幸運兒之一的我，十分榮幸地站在這里參加本屆。我競選的是學生會副主席一職，雖然我很清楚，我的競爭對手都是各班經過精挑細選選出來的精英，實力不可小覷，但我充分相信自己的能力，所以，今天，我能夠站在這里挑戰主席團!

也許，在我說出這番“豪言壯語”后，有些人會暗自發笑：這小姑娘怎么這么自負!可是我想說，這不是自負，這是自信。一個人如果連自己都不相信，那么他就沒有資格做任何事，即使做了，也很難成功。我之所以能夠站在這里，大部分是由于我的自信!當然，能力也很重要，因為一個人的信心和能力永遠是成正比的。

自從在班里擔任紀檢委員后，我覺得我各方面能力都有了很大的提高，憑著極大的熱情和干練的處事，贏得了同學們的好評，曾兩次獲得“優秀學生干部”的榮譽。不過成績代表過去，未來的路還很漫長，在今后我將更加努力，使自己的能力進一步提高。

在管理班級的過程中，難免會遇到各種各樣的困難，面對這些困難時，我也曾哭過，也產生過放棄的念頭，但我一次又一次的說服自己不要放棄，因為放棄，就意味著以前的努力都白費了，我不甘心。所以，到了今天，我已能坦然面對各種困難，盡自己最大的力量去解決它們。

the joy of living-生活的樂趣 > joy in living comes from having fine emotions, trusting them, giving them the freedom of a bird in the open. joy in living can never be assumed as a pose, or put on from the outside as a mask. people who have this joy don not need to talk about it; they radiate it. they just live out their joy and let it splash its sunlight and glow into other lives as naturally as bird sings. we can never get it by working for it directly. it comes, like happiness, to those who are aiming at something higher. it is a byproduct of great, si-mp-le living. the joy of living comes from what we put into living, not from what we seek to get from it.
